Job Description

We are on the lookout for a professional Virtual Assistant to join the InboxDone team as an Inbox Manager.
Being an Inbox Manager means you log on Monday through Friday at the specific time you select to take care of any tasks designated to you.
There is a compulsory 30-day (paid) training period when you join the team or when you are hired. This will help you get familiar with the usage of our software and other tools.

Requirements

• Virtual Assistant certifications will be required.
• Academic qualifications don’t really matter but are a plus.
• Ability to work the required hours from Monday to Friday.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently is an added advantage.
• Previous work experience is also important.
• Tech-savvy and ability to use Gmail and Outlook effectively.
